Everything we do at W1 Performance is built on a single operating system: the Personalised Performance System.

PPS is not a programme or a template. It’s a framework for building performance that adapts to your life not the other way around. We use PPS to integrate training, recovery, energy, stress regulation, and decision-making into one coherent system, tailored to you. This allows progress to continue even when work intensifies, routines shift, or life gets messy. PPS is the foundation behind every 1:1 client journey at W1 Performance and a system you gradually learn to understand and own for yourself.

W1 Performance operates as a private, one-to-one performance practice.

Our work is delivered through an ongoing relationship, not a fixed programme allowing strategy to evolve as your life, workload, and priorities change. This isn’t transactional coaching or short-term intervention. It’s long-term performance development, shaped through observation, dialogue, and continuous refinement.

Where we work

Private, premium coaching in the heart of Marylebone. Our sessions take place at a discreet, high-spec private training facility in Orchard Street, London W1. This space is designed for focus, privacy, and performance, without the chaos of commercial gyms.

Whether we’re strength training, running diagnostics, or having a deep coaching conversation, the space allows us to work without distractions and build something truly tailored.
