PPS is the foundation behind every 1:1 client journey at W1 Performance and a system you gradually learn to understand and own for yourself.

Where we work
Private, premium coaching in the heart of Marylebone. Our sessions take place at a discreet, high-spec private training facility in Orchard Street, London W1. This space is designed for focus, privacy, and performance, without the chaos of commercial gyms.
Whether we’re strength training, running diagnostics, or having a deep coaching conversation, the space allows us to work without distractions and build something truly tailored.
